White City Rangers

The White City Rangers project is a multi sport social inclusion program targeted at young people aged 12-19 who live in the White City area. The program funded by Hammersmith & Fulham borough council and aims to develop young people’s potential by providing a multi sports program which gives young people constructive activities to take part in on Friday Nights. Regular educational workshops on themes such as sexual health, gang culture, drugs and alcohol are delivered to ensure that young people are educated on dangers that may face.

The White City Rangers project understands that not all young people are engaged by football and therefore we aim to provide young people with new exciting activities which inspire young people to participate in new activities. Activities include street dance, badminton, cricket, football. These sessions are on Friday nights between 6-9pm.

The project is delivered in partnership with many different organisations which has contributed to the success of the project. Agencies such as cricket for change, Hypnotik and H&F borough council have all delivered sessions with QPR in the Community Trust.
