Kick off @ FE is a national football programme targeted at Students in colleges with learning disabilities. The London Division of the structure was launched in March 2007. It aims to provide the college students coaching and links to professional coaching from clubs and community schemes.

This season see the college kick off @ FE league expand out Surrey county Football Association. Queens Park Rangers community Trust is proud to announce that it has been coordinating the inaugural Colleges League at the Linford Christie Stadium, Du Cane Road, London, W12 0DF once a month. This is a major step forward in developing further opportunities within a recognised pathway for players with a disability.
